Prep Time: 2 min. Cook Time: 10 min.
Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 Box of Yellow Cake Mix. (For best results use Betty Crocker)
- ½ Cup of Oil
- ¼ Cup of Water
Mix together all ingredients until a soft dough forms. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. You want to make sure the balls are about the same size so the cookies cook evenly. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees
- 1 Cup Powder Sugar (You can add a ½ cup more if it seems like it’s not going to be enough frosting)
- 1 Tbs Soften Butter
- 2 Tbs Lemon Juice. (For best results use juice from a real lemon.)
- 1 Tbs Milk. (Optional. Use only if you add more sugar to make more frosting. If you use more lemon juice it will just become too sour)
- Zest from one Lemon
Add Lemon Glaze to cookies while they are still warm. Sprinkles are optional – but always necessary at our house!
Wait for cookies to completely cool and ENJOY.
